The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented disruption, and the IT & support services sector is no exception. Our primary goal at CSS Corp has always been to protect our employees while taking care of our clients’ interests and their customers. We are proud to say that we’ve stood by this commitment, all our 7,000+ agents across 19 global centers transitioned early into a 100% productive work from home solution as of March 23. This has enabled us to stay 100% operational with 0% impact till date to service level commitments. We’ve done this by proactively collaborating with our clients and by executing our RESILIENCE framework.
We are now further optimizing and enhancing our 100% remote operations model for several clients using our “Digital Contact Center 2.0” suite of solutions.
