OnDemand offers fast and empathetic technical support and customer service for the world’s leading brands with patented technology and a global network of product and technical experts in a flexible freelance model. Some key customers of the platform include Microsoft, LinkedIn, Airbnb, and Autodesk.
With this acquisition, CSS Corp will be able to leverage OnDemand’s global network of tech experts in a gig model or in a hybrid model by fusing their gig customer experience model, our full-time associates, and the reliability of the CSS Edison® technology platform to offer exceptional value to our customers.
