The pandemic has served as a perfect storm to disrupt the way organizations engage with their customers. Consumer expectations are at an all-time high, sometimes even unreasonably so, but organizations have used the disruption to pivot to a hyper-digital ecosystem. But not all organizations have been able to seamlessly make this shift. Recently, ISG recognized CSS Corp as a Global Leader for AI & Analytics in the ISG Provider Lens™ Contact Center – Customer Experience Services Global 2021 report. CSS Corp was also awarded the “Best Outsourcing Provider of the Year” by ICMI, which has lent further credence to CSS Corp’s position as an alternative to traditional contact center service providers.
CSS Corp launched a new delivery center in Romania to further strengthen its European presence and is looking at tuck-in acquisitions to enhance its offerings. Recently CSS Corp also struck a strategic partnership with Cloudwiry to develop joint go-to-market programs and solutions to provide cloud governance, cost-optimization and application modernization services.
