In times of crisis, balancing out the short term and long term imperatives is crucial. The industry is experiencing unprecedented headwinds, and different organizations are responding to the slowdown differently. CSS Corp grabbed the bull by the horns and structured some moves that has positioned it to effectively deal with the crisis.
CSS Corp was among the first major service providers to transition to a 100% productive WFH model early in the cycle in March itself. This ensured minimal impact to client SLA's and robust business continuity. It took a lot of zeal and collaborative effort from the employees to pull this off. In recognition, the management decided to hand out high single digit pay hikes to all 7,000+ employees, give out 100% variable pay to a majority and also roll out promotions to all eligible employees. A special incentive was also given to all ‘Covid Heroes’ who played a critical role in shifting work to home in March. Moreover, CSS Corp is continuing its hiring plans and plans to add 1,000 employees in this quarter to its headcount.
We appreciate the support of all our clients, employees and partners that had made all this possible. The pandemic hasn’t diminished the spirit and rhythm of CSS Corp. Read about this and other developments in this newsletter!
Please stay safe.
